Generally fine but there is Always a Delay, especially if one of the main Vet is in. Unfortunately, he is extremely slow and creates a lot of backlog. We once waited for 90mins past our appointment time and then just gave up and left. Service at the front desk is a bit over the place depending on who's manning it. The younger Vet's are great and always a pleasure to deal with.

In a difficult situation, Kim was able to problem solve my cat's dilemma, and quickly take action to save her life. After 5 nights in the clinic's great care, my Monet' was able to come home alive! The care is professional and caring. Thank you to all for saving and caring for my girl!

Just moved to the area and desperately treatment. My usual vet was booked out and I found this place on google.
Kim is lovely. Even though I came in for specific issue which she resolved quickly, she took the time to thoroughly check over my senior dog and inform me of the other conditions to keep an eye on. No shame or judgement on things I could do better which I really appreciated. Walked out feeling like my old dog is in good hands and I'll definitely be making this my new vet. Priced reasonably too!

I take my dog every time in need. Not the closest vet to me, but definitely the most reliable and responsive clinic. Receptionist are nice and helpful and the vets are great especially Eric. He is professional and always provides me with a great understanding on what’s going on with my companion. I would definitely recommend coming here as they are very understanding and service is always great.

I couldn't be happier with the services provided by this clinic. They saw my kitten (who does not like being hugged.. 😂) on extremely short notice on a Sunday. They were extremely polite and I didn't have to wait long at all for the doctor.
After a thorough assessment, the doctor provided me with sound advice and a treatment plan. The overall cost was perfectly reasonable. Honestly I don't care about cost when it comes to my girls so this wouldn't have been a factor for me, but I had to comment, because I know some clinics charge through the teeth. Or is it nose? Hair? Backside? Yeah that sounds

I needed to take my pet in to get checked up urgently. They were fully booked and closing in 2 hours but was so kind to squeeze me in to see a veterinarian at the very last minute.
I've never met a veterinarian that's so kind and so informative in the treatment and diagnosis.
When scheduling an appointment you need to pay a fee of $56 upfront.
Sadly, my precious pet passed away (reason being that she's really old) but I'm glad she was in good hands, at a good vet in her last days..
