Very glad we found Doors Direct, a great company for our garage door. Recently needed a new rubber belt and runner and they were the most economical with a smooth booking and repair process. Mark was incredibly efficient, polite and turned up on time as promised. Definitely recommend

Great experience with this company. Very professional both in the office, through email contact and installation. A very smooth process with little stress. I wish more companies were like this. Zina, Ryan and Mark were all great taking time to explain things when asked. Totally recommend.

It goes without saying that Mark and Declan were thorough gentlemen and professional in their work. They even helped with checking our 4WD roof rack clearance was OK by 40mm after they reset the roller door heights. Nice touch guys.
Prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. Just how service should be.

Extremely happy with the products and service. Doors Direct responded promptly to my online query and we didn't obtain other quotes as we were happy with the price, communication and service. The installers did a great job updating roller door motors and we are very pleased with the products. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Highly recommend Doors Direct! The team were pleasant to deal with, and their communication with us throughout the whole process was of a very high standard. Their prices in comparison to other companies were competitive. Additionally, they were able to arrange an install date quickly, and at a time that suited our family. Overall, we were very happy with their service.

We spent $6500 with them to install a garage door - they left all the metal swarf in the panel channels and they all now have rust. When I contacted them they offered no apology just a statement they will have someone "clean the residual swarf and rust spots and spray over if required". Really disappointed in their work and after sales service.
