MG Strata and BMC Management Pty Ltd is a licensed strata managing agent with the experience and expertise to provide specialist strata management services. We take an active interest in the buildings we manage so we can provide the best service to both the owners corporation and the individual lot owners.

For most of our clients we are delegated all of the functions of the owners corporation including the finances of the owners corporation, effecting the relevant insurances and keeping the records. We are also working close with the executive committees in carrying out the day to day running of the building and to assist with its maintenance and repair obligations.

To be used if an owner cannot attend a general meeting in person and would like to be represented by another person e.g. The act requires that this notice be completed and given to the owners corporation with 14 days after the commencement of a lease of your lot or the execution of an assignment of such lease.
