Current Employer (Please attach 2 most recent payslips to this application, see section H). I acknowledge that this is an application to lease this property and that my application is subject to the owner's approval and the availability of the premises on the due date. I hereby offer to rent the property from the owner under a lease to be prepared by the Agent pursuant to the Residential Tenancies Act 2010.
Maintenance Request
Report
Maintenance, unless urgent, is given to tradesmen by the end of the following business day. If the damage is found to be caused by the tenant either accidently or maliciously, the tenant is responsible for payment of the repair. The cost will be debited from the tenant's rental account after 30 days' notice.

Answer: Please pay us by Internet banking and please make sure that you use the reference number otherwise we will not be able to recognise your payment. The report must be signed and returned to our office by post, email or hand delivered within 7 days from key collection date.
