Maintenance Request

If you are one of our existing tenants, all repairs are required to be submitted in writing and we ask that you submit your repairs request to through our online repairs request portal. All repairs are attended to as promptly as possible, however, it is often necessary to obtain the owner's permission and/or quotes before any work can commence.

For all urgent repairs please email your property manager that you have had an emergency repair to notify them that you have organised and engaged in one of the tradespeople above. We do kindly request that you send through your maintenance request here and your Property Manager will be in contact with you.
