We shopped around quite a bit before selecting an agent and choosing Liz. In the end she more than delivered on the price she'd forecast and set us up well to buy our next house. As a local she knows the area/market very well. Liz was easy to work with, quick with communication and she handled offers in a way which we think made it easier for us and the buyers. The whole process was quick and delivered an incredible result. Liz works hard to get you the best price. If you're selling in the Chapel Hill area we couldn't recommend Liz enough.
