My partner and I had a great experience with these guys! Over the weekend my partner and I experienced a break and enter and had both sets of house keys, garage remotes, and car keys taken. Panicked we rang Toplock to help us open our garage door to check if our car was still there. They arrived on time and were super quick and efficient. When my partner had trouble opening the garage door that same night I messaged them the following day and they showed up to help tackle the problem. Dean was so patient and really informative throughout the process. Super grateful for such a professional and quick

When our entry door handle and lock seized, we made the right choice in calling Toplock. Veronica had us booked in for service the next day and while we waited the weekend for the specialized set to arrive, Mitchell ensured that a temporary arrangement allowed us to come and go. A follow-up call from Veronica and Mitchell returned today with the new set that he set to work with our current keys. And boy was he through, ensuring that not only did the new set work, but that the deadbolt was good to go as well. The service was great, the workmanship excellent and the experience first-rate.
