DO NOT USE!!! Booked a locksmith to come out as my partner and I had been locked out of our house. Using the website, it said $45 call out fee and $45 service fee. We we given a 35 minute time frame by the office and the locksmith but waited over an hour, then when they arrived we were told it would not be $90 but more than twice what we were expecting. Locksmith was nice but the staff in the office were incredibly rude to the point where they would just talk over me constantly on the phone. We were shocked at how poor the customer service was and HIGHLY RECOMMEND looking elsewhere. I despise any

The guy was absolutely lovely and got us in, in under 15 minutes but the quote we received was incorrect as the operator said it would be a max of $100 but it was more than double that. Again locksmith was lovely and punctual but not good if you want a good quote.

Lost my car keys on Friday night, so I started ringing for a locksmith to come out and make a new key for me. I tried a number of locksmiths but despite advertising a 24 hour service, none actually answered their phones. I finally tried one more locksmith and to my surprise they answered. James came out within 30 mins. I highly recommend SMA Locksmiths Brisbane as a legitimate 24 hour locksmith service. 5 Star Service.

Paid $340 for 2 keys to be cut and coded which isn't a bad price. The keys start the car, lock the the car but will not unlock it when I rang up I was told that it was because the lock was "damaged" but when I only lost the key I had only the day before unlocked the car with ease. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Has to have been the worst service I have ever had.

Fast Service, Great Price, very friendly. I was locked out of my house and couldn't find a way in. I called Locksmith Brisbane and they were there in 20 mins and had the door unlocked in less than 5 minutes. If you get locked out, make sure to get a price off these guys. 5 Stars. Highly recommend.

Very unhappy !!! I was locked out and they said they would be 40 minutes ( I picked them because I live in the Valley -- it was late at night and I was very scared - It took then almost 2 hours to arrive and each time I rang the man was extremely rude. The guy who turned up didn't even have any ID -- and insisted on CASH which raised an alarm but rather than argue I paid and was glad to see him gone. When I told my partner he checked and they are not located in Brisbane but rather work from a house in West End - Something very fishy about them -- I wish someone had done a review on them before
