Our original Re-Creation Trackside club located next to the Hampton Railway Station has been demolished and replaced with our brand new, spectacular 5 star gym. The new Re-Creation Health Club Trackside offers the latest in gym equipment and electronic cardio machines, plus over 50 Group Exercise classes every week including BodyPump, Body Attack, Zumba, Yoga and Spinning.
We also feature Pilates Reformer Classes and a beautiful Salt Cave - where you can enjoy Salt Therapy - ideal for improving or maintaining your health and well being. Reciprocal Rights

Members of Re-Creation Hampton receive FREE reciprocal rights to our sister club Re-Creation Brighton East. Simply show your tag and sign in. This club offers a fully equipped Gym and cardio floor as well as 4 group fitness studios including Pilates reformer. Members can also visit the following other Re-Creation clubs and pay a $5 reciprocal fee.
Salt Room
Report
One of the most unique and exciting features of the new Trackside club will be the therapeutic salt cave. Full paying members will receive one free salt room session per week with additional sessions costing just $5. Regular use of a salt room can dramatically reduce the likelihood of infection, illness and stress whilst improving exercise recovery, sleep patterns and general well-being.
