It has been so easy to work with Smart Rentals. Steve, Marisa and Hannah have been great to work with. They are very responsive and professional. We feel very safe to have them manage the rental for our home. The house inspections are thorough and is communicated to us promptly. Highly recommended!

So, from the moment Steve came into our home I knew that our home was in good hands. He appreciated the house, the garden & the location. We had to move overseas for work and it's much easier for us, knowing that we have Property Managers who actually care about our home. I certainly don't recommend Smart Rentals. I lost over $1300 of a $1400 bond refund to 'cleaning' and 'repairs' after being told at the final inspection that I 'just' needed a bond clean.
