Gran Prix Bicycles
Gran Prix Bicycles has been operating in Glenhuntly Road, Caulfield South for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on delivering a great range of what we believe are the best in class products at a competitive price. Drop in for a chat or some friendly advice. WaveCel is a revolutionary helmet safety tech that's available exclusively in these Bontrager helmets.

Standard foam helmets are designed to protect against direct impacts. But WaveCel accounts for how most cycling accidents actually happen: ungracefully, with twists, turns and angled impacts. These WaveCel road, mountain, commuter and e-bike helmets are remarkably effective at preventing concussion caused by common cycling accidents.

Gran Prix Bicycles has been operating in Glenhuntly Road, Caulfield South for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on delivering a great range of what we believe are the best in class products at a competitive price.

Whilst we know we'll beat our competitors when it comes to honest advice and great service, sometimes they like to try and beat us on price, so if you do find a better price elsewhere, please come in and give us a chance to either match it or put together a tailored package that's better value.
Workshop
Report
Our mechanics love their job! They are passionate about cycling and bicycles, and will ensure that your machine is maintained in a pristine condition. We have a full workshop open five days a week, Monday through Friday. We are geared up to perform all your maintenance and repair needs. With all the specialist tools and parts required, our highly skilled and professional staff will solve all your mechanical issues.
Wheel Building
Report
Here at Gran Prix we are very passionate about custom-built wheels and wheel sets. Whether it be for touring, road, mountain or BMX, there is nothing that will transform a bike like a nice, new set of wheels. Hand-built wheels do not use proprietry spokes so even if you are away from home, sourcing replacement parts is very easy.
Classes
Report
Every now and then something goes wrong with your bike. Our basic maintenance course will help you assess, and equip you to deal with most issues when they arise, or avoid them altogether! Our course covers puncture repair through to basic brake and gear adjustment, as well as helpful tips. We keep our classes small, so that we can offer a more personal, focussed experience.
