Questions
What roof rack systems do you recommend for small cars?
We recommend Thule WingBar Edge or Yakima FlushBar systems for small cars due to their low profile and aerodynamic design. Our team can help select the best option based on your vehicle model and load requirements.
Do you offer trade-in options for old roof racks?
Yes, we offer trade-in credits toward new purchases when you return roof racks or snow chains we previously supplied. Bring your old system to our Camberwell store for assessment.
Can I hire roof racks instead of buying?
Yes, our hire service includes roof racks, bike carriers, and snow chains with fitting and removal assistance. Security locks are included in rental packages for peace of mind.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers for both retail purchases and hire services. Payment terms may vary for trade-in transactions.
Are your snow chains compatible with alloy wheels?
Yes, we stock snow chains specifically designed for alloy wheels including Konig Reflex Cross and RUD-matic Disc models that prevent damage while maintaining grip performance.
What are your Christmas trading hours?

Absolute five star service from Alex and the team. We dropped in on Monday morning where they fit us into their busy day and had us on the road in no time, bikes securely attached, ready for new adventures. Quality gear and equally quality service. Cheers team.

Wow, such a helpful team. Prompt and reliable in every way and easily got a car park out the front. Couldnt have asked for more. Definitely the ONLY place Id consider for any roof racks. Thanks for being so prompt and helpful, especially just a few days before Christmas. They thought of everything (including keys).
