Loved it! Just completed the 5 week foundations course. After 6ish years of practising other styles I wanted to try Iyengar yoga..wow.. not sure if its the yoga or Ann's fabulous teaching style but they combine to create a great way to start or deepen your yoga practice. I find all my yoga has improved since taking the course. Can't recommend it highly enough regardless of your experience.

I love going to North Perth yoga room. Its so layback and friendly, I always feel so supported there as the classes arent too big. I like the way the beginners are in their own class! I rang the number on the web page and one of the teachers helped me choose which class would suit me the best, it was really easy. I fully recommend this place

Teacher Ann Dragon conducts this fantastic Sports Stretching Class on Mondays. Thank you Ann for the wonderful class including twists - helped immensely with my golf as I hit the ball a lot better after your class. I am so grateful and lucky to have you as my yoga teacher.
