
A's Dojo was created with the aim to provide Martial Arts training for the everyday person. You don't need to be an athlete to train with us. I've been training at A's Dojo for the past two years, and it's been a blast. Andy and the rest of the instructors are great and understand each students needs and capabilities. A's Dojo was created with the aim to provide Martial Arts training for the everyday person. You don't need to be an athlete to train with us. Classes run for approximately one hour. During this hour you will begin with a warm up and proceed to drill a technique. Drilling a technique over and over will help form muscle memory and help students retain it.
Kickboxing

Our fully graded Kickboxing program is a combination of Western Boxing, traditional Muay Thai and Karate. You will burn 1000 calories in one class and burn the fat that is hard to get rid of. This class focuses on using your upper and lower limbs in a both efficient and lethal way. You will learn how to put effective combinations together using your hands, knees and legs.

Our kids classes are led by experienced instructors who will take the time to learn the best teaching approach for your child - because every kid is special. All of our classes will teach your child: Discipline, Confidence, Problem Solving, Non-Violence, and Self Defense - in a fun, safe and controlled environment.
