Lovely lady on check in, room clean and comfortable beds comfy with lovely linen. Air conditioner on roof worked well. Very quiet area and would stay again. Lovely breakfast pack included.

0 No stars! just because the customer service representative Renee was so rude when I tried to explain her about my allergies, she said ' look! dont make excuses, do you want the room or not' when I was trying to cancel my stay because of the bathroom and the kitchen tiles was terrible. Also the photos for standard room is not real. Booked for 5 nights hopefully will get my refund for 4 nights.

It is very disappointing that I need to leave this review. We accommodated in Room 10. All night we experienced constant scratching due to being bitten by bed bugs. It was terrible! When we brought this to the owner's attention it was dismissed and their explanation was that it could probably be that the irritation was due to the chemicals used in washing the bed linen. I can assure you that our sleepless night was not irritation due to washing detergent but rather the presence of bed mites. Just leaving this review so that future guests will be aware of this situation and not have to experience

Lovely staff, cute quaint little room, was a bit dark. Smelt a little odd - something like smoke or cleaning stuff but it faded after the heating was turned on. All in all a nice place with really nice people.

Tidy and functional rooms with facilities to meet all needs. Well located being only a short drive to Frankston CBD and Mornington Peninsula. Great value for money.

The Motel was quiet, clean and comfortable and inexpensive. The bathroom needs updating and more comfortable chairs to sit in. We will be back.

Lovely quite place. It has a pool. The rooms are spotless and look as though they have just been renovated. Kettle, toaster, cutlery & plates/bowls, iron + board, wine glasses in the fridge () tv+digital box. Bathroom needed a bit of an update but was fine & the shower worked well. Very happy with our choice.
