The yoga sessions I attend at BIY challenge me in my yoga practice every time I attend. It's a learning experience internally and externally that I embrace and always look forward to. The teachers are highly trained and experienced so the information I receive and learn in each class helps me in all areas of my life not just when I'm on the mat. Thanks for all you do and give BIY.
