Do I need a referral to see a psychologist?
No referral is required for private sessions. However, a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP allows Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions annually.
Are telehealth appointments available?
Yes, all practitioners offer phone or video consultations. In-person sessions can be converted to telehealth upon request with 24-hour notice.
What age groups do you treat?
We treat clients from age 1 (Drummoyne clinic) to adults, with specific practitioners accepting infants, children, adolescents, and elderly patients.
How do I claim through NDIS?
Present your NDIS plan summary at booking. We'll coordinate with the NDIA to log allocated psychology hours and manage service agreements.
What assessment reports do you provide?
