Established by locals nearly 100 years ago, North West Funerals has been locally operated ever since. The original, highly regarded business was located in the Mildura central business district, but expanded and relocated to a purpose built premises in 2008, just out of the city centre in Mildura South.

Our building has been carefully designed to provide grieving families and friends with a special place, offering peace and tranquillity during their time of need. Created from over 30 years experience in the funeral industry, North West Funerals' facility is like no other in the area.

The immaculate premises is the ultimate funeral home, set on landscaped acreage, and situated conveniently from the central business district, only eight minutes from the Mildura Airport and Murray Pines Cemetery.Surrounded by garden, the modern funeral chapel is elegantly designed and seats up to 400 people.

That means from the very first point of contact, whether pre-planning, or at your immediate time of need, our staff can meet with you in our purpose built facility, or the comfort of your home.

North West Funerals in Mildura is proud to offer Sunraysia's only crematorium at Coomealla Memorial Gardens. Established in 1998, the crematorium is set in the peaceful surroundings of the Coomealla Lawn Cemetery, and offers an alternative to burial. Having your loved one cremated locally, means they never leave the care of North West Funerals, and cremated remains can be in your possession the following day.
