Updated Rating on the basis of the response below. The doctors, staff are good and organisation around the COVID-19 bookings was commendable, showing there is ability for a better experience in bookings, and minimising wait times. The First Available system (software) at this practice is an area of improvement, and consistently sees a longer wait time and people appearing to jump the queue, ahead of you. This rating is impacted solely by this aspect, as this has been an issue ongoing.

Been a client of Dr Khan's since 1997 when his surgery was at Glenmore Park and continued as a patient when he moved the medical practice to its' current location. In all these years I've never felt a need to seek medical attention elsewhere. Over the years I have been attended to by Dr Khan, the late Dr Cheam, Dr Mahmood, Dr Sabina and more so, my current GP, Dr Saadia all of whom I have the utmost admiration and respect for their dedication and kindness shown to me during my visits.

I've been going here for a few years now. I even moved from the area and still come here! I always found it very hard to go back to the same doctor, but have felt super welcomed by the my doctor here and the reception staff. Wait times are reasonable and there is the option to do a telehealth session after your initial appointment. I highly reccomend Dr David Sun!

Always friendly staff. Wait times are fairly good for walk ins. Online booking with Hot Docs is easy and appointments are usually fairly in time. Phone appointments also offered. Nurses are also lovely and friendly.
