My partner and I got our booster yesterday afternoon and overall very impressed with the speed and efficiency and the staff were absolutely lovely. However one small opportunity to improve was right at the start - the lines for which vaccine were not clearly indicated. Once we joined the (shorter) line three others realised they were in the wrong line and joined us. Overall, though, fantastic!

So impressed with how this clinic is providing care whilst keeping everyone covid safe! The appointment and vaccination were quick and informative. The system of outdoor check in and holding area with line up per 10 min appointment slot was easy and effective during an incredibly busy time. Staff were lovely.

Really happy.. I was there a bit early for a booster, no problems, in and out of the centre in less than a few minutes... and they have an outdoor waiting area. Really good vaccination setup!
