For over 30 years Alison Hammond has been dedicated to the hair and beauty industry. Beginning as an apprentice hairdresser in 1989 winning numerous state and national awards, I.H.S, H.B.I.A and Loreal industry awards in cutting, styling and colour.
Opening her first business at 24 years of age in Elwood, Melbourne, she nurtured a discreet yet high profile clientele including some of the worlds local and international actors, musicians, designers and celebrities for over ten years.During this time she became involved in session styling, fashion week shows, wedding and special occasion hair and make up which featured in Melbourne Wedding and Bride covers and shoots.

Her appointment times are booked on the hour allowing more time per appointment than your average hairdressing salon. Complimentary consultations are available. 24-hour cancellation notice required.

She believes that no particular method is better, it is all about what is going to be most suitable to the clients natural hair, how they like to wear it, lifestyle and budget.Extensions aern't just about adding length. They can be used to add colour that doesn't fade or damage your hair. Length in an area for example when growing out a fringe or for thickness and of course length.

Caring your Hair Extensions

Regular hair washing about every 3-4 days to ensure no perspiration stays on any of the bonds (keratin bonds only). Salts and chemicals break down the adhesive so you must always wash your hair after a gym workout or swimming in a pool or ocean. Wash your extensions immediately after swimming, do not sleep with your hair wet after swimming.
