Booking Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking, we request 24 hours' notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. We cannot accept messages left on Mondays, Tuesday or public holidays as sufficient notice, as this would not allow us enough time to try and rebook your time slot.
