All of our Doctors' consultations are by appointment (excluding emergencies). We have male and female doctors available every day. If your doctor is unavailable you are welcome to see any doctor in the practice, or you can book ahead for your preferred doctor's next session. If you wish to discuss several issues, or would like to make a family appointment, just have a quick chat to our reception staff.

We are an appointment-based practice although in emergency situations we will take walk-in appointments. Please always call 000 if it is a life-threating emergency but for acute emergencies eg: lacerations, falls etc we are able to offer priority treatment. We are a private billing practice. This generally means that there is a gap above the Medicare scheduled fee.

Teaching has always been a large focus for us at HHMP. We have hosted many medical and nursing students as well as having GP Registrars as an essential part of the team. Most weeks our patients are likely to encounter a trainee working and learning with us in the practice. Trainees include nursing students, allied health students, local medical students, international medical students, visiting international doctors and researchers.
