As a family who lost our 15 year old Son suddenly in a farm accident the thought of visiting a funeral home was just unbearable on top of the trauma we were already enduring. It wasnt our first encounter with death or a funeral home but Burstows genuine love, care, compassion and helpful tips for dealing with the pain, shock and trauma went far and beyond. We will be forever thankful to have had Shayne from Burstows guide us through that week.

Following the sudden loss of our father, Burstows has been a tremendous support. We were taken care of every step of the way and could not be more grateful. Not only were Burstows available at all times for any questions and queries, but the hard time was dealt with delicately. Burstows showed the upmost professionalism when explaining the procedure and our options to us, and all staff, in particular Joel, Lyn and Caroline, were so caring, we felt truly supported.
