What mental health services do you offer?
We provide CBT, trauma recovery, anxiety/depression treatment, perinatal psychiatry, and dual diagnosis programs for substance use disorders.
Are your services covered by Medicare?
Appointments are payable on the day with Medicare rebates available for eligible psychological and psychiatric services.
Do you offer after-hours appointments?
Standard hours are Monday-Friday 10am-4pm, with no Saturday services. Telephone consultations available outside these times.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 50% fee applies for cancellations with less than 2 business days notice, non-refundable without prior arrangement.
Can I rent consultation space at your facility?
Modern consulting rooms with EFTPOS and internet access are available for sessional lease by healthcare professionals.

I just called to make an appointment with her. Still, as soon as her Farsi receptionist understood I speak the same language, he said she was booked for the whole year 2023 very rudely and said it is better to see another doctor and don't waste your time looking for any Farsi languages Doctors as all are busy and full. Hahaha So, so rude and unprofessional. I don't suggest her to anyone as the first thing people with mental illness need is caring and being kind to them. But Dr Absalan failed at the first step.

I had the same experience with Linda. I found her very unprofessional and rude but I did observe a few clients who were happy with her services. She and a few others put me off seeing psychologists altogether.
Psychiatrist Dr Miao on the other hand knows what she is doing and takes great care in her work. She relieved me of my symptoms of schizophrenia. I would highly recommend her.

Very bad experience. The receptionist was very unprofessional and deleted my e-mail that includes my GP referral. They promised me to notify me when the appointment was ready, but I waited for a week and nobody contacted me. Won't trust this clinic any more, you contact them with care.

I was diagnosed with depression/anxiety. I was told there was a psychologist there in the name of Linda Werbeloff. When I told her how I wanted to take my life, she replied "you seem happy when you say it". In my mind I am like "excuse me,thanks for the observation but she could have worded it better".Before the consultation, which started at 1pm (not sure exactly), she called and said "Just want to know if you are still coming?, its 5 to 1".Really??.
