We ask patients to give us a minimum of 2 Business Days notice if cancelling an appointment. A 50% Cancellation Fee will be charged for late cancellations and not attending an appointment. We are committed to maintaining the privacy of our patients. Adult patients have the option to include or exclude friends or family from appointment making and their care.

A Doctors referral letter enables you to receive a rebate from Medicare which we process for you, at the time of your appointment. Diagnosis & Management Plans (Item 291) are available from Dr Bernardi & Dr Ip. This requires a longer initial appointment & a report outlining a management plan will be posted to the referring GP within 2-weeks.
