Yoga combines simple meditation, breath control and specific bodily postures to improve overall health & relaxation. Ideal for all levels. Simple unchoreographed body weight exercises at 20 second intervals that suit any fitness level. A great way to start the day off. This is a 30 min block of both high and low impact exercises which then moves on to 30 minutes of step.
