Our instructors are here to teach you how to easily operate an automatic, be aware of your surroundings and safely navigate through a range of different situations on the road.

Students want to learn to drive a manual for a variety of reasons; it's more challenging, it's a great starting point for transportation careers, you can drive classic cars, you have more control over the car itself. Whatever your reason for choosing to drive a manual over an automatic, we've got your back.

Awesome Driving School now offers an intensive 3 1/2 hour driving Defensive Driver Training lesson.

The lesson will focus on freeway driving, overtaking, gravel roads, safe lane changing, hills and bends, vision techniques, thorough work on traffic light procedures and roundabouts, etc., and will include 2 x 15 minute breaks to discuss and to look at braking distances, how to avoid crashes etc. Students are welcome to bring snacks and a drink bottle to keep up their energy during the course of the lesson.

Module one: A three-hour facilitated group discussion on how to manage risks on the road. This will involve a maximum of twelve participants and will be delivered by a facilitator. Module two: A two-hour in-vehicle coaching session to develop low-risk driving strategies. This will involve two participants and a coach.
