Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at Meridian Healing Centre are administered by Dr Kirk Wilson (PhD), who is a registered acupuncturist and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner. Dr Wilson is one of a very select group of practitioners who has a background of the scientific research in acupuncture.

This gives him the expertise and discernment to implement acupuncture protocols which combine the best practice of evidence-based treatments (when applicable) with traditional wisdom. Dr Wilson provides quality acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions which are skilfully and specifically custom tailored to each individual patient.

Dr Wilson has a long-held traditional Chinese medicine vision to provide treatments in a relaxing and comfortable haven away from the stresses, strains and demands of day-to-day life.

Our prices are inclusive of acupuncture and any additional techiniques which may be appropriate for your condition, including cupping, moxibustion and massage. Dr Kirk Wilson (PhD) the principal acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner at Meridian Healing Centre is registered with all the Health Funds in New South Wales.
The Clinic

Meridian Healing Centre is a clean and hygienic clinic. Its acupuncture rooms have been finished to the highest quality. Each room is furnished with a luxurious electric treatment table which has been fitted with extra soft cushioning for your comfort. Freshly laundered fluffy white linen is provided for all our acupuncture patients.
Meditation Instructions

Sit in a firm supportive chair with good posture. Do not strain to sit up straight, yet do not slouch. Place your hands in your lap and close your eyes. Focus on each of the muscle groups from your head to your toes in turn. Consciously let each muscle group relax before moving on to the next. If you do not feel relaxed once you finish, start from your head again and repeat the process.
