Awful experience. I recently moved to the area and had a baby so I needed to find a new practise for the family. I saw Finest Smile had good reviews so I decided to book an appointment for myself. It was a few weeks wait and unfortunately they cancelled the night before through sms. No new appointments were offered. I had to call the day after to rebook (even though they were the ones who cancelled). The second appointment was also about a month wait. I LOVE this dentist surgery! (I normally hate the dentist!) Monika & Szilvia have been caring, professional and most importantly made me feel comfortable going to the dentist for all my treatments. I have always felt very welcomed by Josh & Karis at reception, both very friendly and approachable. They have always been great at communicating treatment plans and I have never felt that I was being "ripped off" as was shown what I needed to have done and why. I have been living in Mudeford for 2 years now and needed a local dentist. Finest smile were recommended to be me by a friend and it turned out to be an excellent recommendation. They are a brilliant team and extremely professional and excellent at what they do. Their communication is first class, from my dentist Monika to Josh and Kariss and other members of the team who's names I cannot remember (sorry). I cannot speak highly enough. An outstanding team!
