I have been going there for years. At first it was great and couldn't fault it. However the last couple of years I have unfortunately had consistent problems with the new reception - rebooking my appointments at last minute, no reminders, and a general single-minded/arrogant, impatient, and uncaring attitude.
(Plus I have been concerned at my last appointment they still had a COVID thermometer check even though WHO and Dept of Health have told everyone it was ineffective and to stop doing that over 3-4 months ago. Also below I'm not sure how professional it is letting staff review their own

One of the best in Sydney. Amazing service and Dr. Sonali has taken me through my Multiple sessions of dental surgery, shes very gentle and explains each step of the way. Their quality of service and experience makes everything easy going. Ive been getting treatments from them for almost 2years now And theres no other dental clinic Id choose over Rainbow dental Practice.

My first visit with Dr. Shalini Sunkara was great. She was detailed, thorough and patient during my appointment and I was very pleased. However, yesterday I went in to check on my wisdom tooth which was causing a lot of pain (not too sure which Dr. this was) and was told it was just gum pain from the emerging tooth which needed to be kept clean, but no infection or need to take out the tooth. For peace of mind I visited another dentist and I was put in antibiotics immediately as the gum around my wisdom tooth was infected and was told they would need to be removed as they were trapped beneath the

I booked in for an emergency crown replacement and was extremely impressed. Dr Shifali was very patient, gentle and explained everything that was required. The dental work was meticulous and I was super satisfied with the outcome. Pricing was also very reasonable. Highly recommended.
