Where do I start??? Dr Divya and her team are so professional, down to earth, and look after your children like their own. We have been part of the practice for at least 5 years. Both of my children have had their teeth looked after by Nice Bite. My daughter had her braces removed with Dr Divya and Nice Bite yesterday. Absolutely disgusting customer service, my 12 year old daughter was told to wait outside by herself as she did not have a mask, she was not even offered one, as its not mandatory for under 16 year olds and QR codes and masks were mo longer needed. My daughter suffers from high anxiety and after was rudely told to go wait outside (the front yard) until its her turn she was in tears as us parents were not allowed to attend with our children in the practice. I was referred to NICEBITE orthodontist for my teenage son for braces and correction of bite. I have found staff to be friendly, informative snd very helpful with information and Enquiries. Appointments were timed well to make sure school work did not suffer and reminder notifications were so very helpful. When Covid changed our lives NICEBITE took the utmost of care to put in place procedures that would keep patients staff and all of our families safe. The braces have now been removed his teeth look great and the aftercare is excellent I cannot recommend them enough and am very grateful for

She is a very caring and an understandng person to her patients and clients needs.
