Do you accept health fund claims?
Yes, we process HICAPS claims for BUPA, Medibank, HCF, and other major funds. Two no-gap check-ups annually are available for eligible patients.
Are emergency appointments available?
Yes, we offer after-hours appointments for urgent dental issues like toothaches or trauma. Contact us directly for immediate assistance.
What payment options exist?
We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit cards, and offer financing through National Dental Plan for complex treatments. Medicare and DVA patients are welcome.
How to cancel an appointment?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via phone. Late cancellations may incur a fee to accommodate emergency patients.

My family and I have been going to Dr Jake Mitra for several years. Dr Mitra is excellent, attentive and very thorough. He is honest about treatments, informative and I never feel rushed. As soon as you walk in, you notice everyone is patient centric and very friendly. In fact, Dr Mitra is the only dentist my daughters agree to see.

Dr Jake Mitra has been our family dentist for well over 16 years. I had a root canal treatment and crown done by him 2 months ago. Procedure was pain free, the permanent crown was fitted same day as the impression was taken and the fit is perfect. Very good experience.
