I recently took my 9 year old son to see Richard for a filing. He was so nervous going in, but the staff were all very sweet and calming. Richard has such a friendly, calm, patient and respectful personality, that my son quickly relaxed. He got was so caught up watching Minions that the filling was over and done with and he was still just laying back in the chair without a care in the world. It was such a positive experience for him, I could not have asked for more. I am so grateful to Richard and his staff for being so caring. They didn't push or rush my son and made sure he felt safe and comfortable

Dr Richard is my regular dentist for many years now. Though I have done many treatments, cleaning and checkups with him, this is the 2nd time I am writing a review. Yesterday I went for a regular checkup and he found a abnormal cavity by accident seeing some food particles. Immediately he took the X-rays and completely cleaned it and filled it perfectly. I would have gone through a big complex procedure if it was not found. He didnt only did the treatment great, but explained to me everything in detail as usual too. His assistance Alice and friendly Vivian to be thanked heaps too.
