Wisdom teeth, also known as third molars are generally last teeth to come through the gums, usually when people are in late teens, twenties or even older. If jaw does not have enough room for wisdom tooth to come through, the tooth will become wedged in or impacted. Some impacted wisdom teeth remain buried & cause no trouble where as other impacted wisdom teeth may cause severe problems.
