The 10 acre park is in a spacious bush setting, only 4 kilometres from Cowes and close to the Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks and the Grand Prix Circuit. See Koalas just across the road at the Koala Conservation Centre. Stunning beaches, patrolled in Summer and swimming or surfing less than 5 minutes' drive away.

Our Motel accommodation on Phillip Island provides you with all you need for short or extended stays. All rooms include an ensuite bathroom and amenities such as bar fridge, kettle, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities as well as a television. Our unit range includes one bedroom units and two bedroom family units.

Annuals

Basically, you own the structure on the site i.e. the cabin or caravan and annexe and pay an annual fee to occupy the site for holiday use. The fee covers the cost of 4 people (including yourself) using the site and water. Other fees you need to pay for are gas and electricity. Electricity is metered and you are charge a supply charge each quarter plus your usage, by the park directly.

Amaze N' Things Holiday Park is located centrally on Phillip Island within walking distance of Rusty Waters Brewery, Amaze N' Things Amusement Park and the Koala Conservation Centre (all owned and operated independently to our Holiday Park). We have plenty of things to keep the kids entertained including the great beaches, attractions and everything else you need only a few minutes' drive.
