
Our Aerial Acrobatic classes offer a fun alternative to your typical gym work out. Whether you are looking to learn a new skill, refresh skills, or just want to keep in shape, these classes are designed for skill building and conditioning on various apparatus. Learn what your body can do on & off the ground in a safe & supportive environment.
Classes are suited for both males & females. We offer flexible drop-in classes for adults of all ages & term classes for teens (13-19) & kids (5-12). We offer ground classes for kids & adults. For kids we have tumbling & a circus skills class (juggling, hula hoops, acro, handstands etc.), and for adults we have Aerial HIIT, strength & flexibility & more.

Our Studio

Our space is a dedicated aerial acrobatics & circus studio in the north of Canberra. We like to think of ourselves as a playground for all ages. In 2016, we added kids & teens classes and the studio quickly grew. We now have classes for toddlers - adults for all levels, offering aerial acrobatics classes - aerial silks, lyra & trapeze - to a variety of ground based circus classes.

Am I strong/fit enough for aerial acrobatics? You should have a basic level of fitness. As a complete beginner, we start you off with moves on or close to the ground, so you can build strength, endurance & confidence. Aerial Acrobatics does require full use of both hands & feet, and eventually holding your body weight.
