Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services focus on diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions through hands-on techniques and rehabilitation exercises. We address chronic pain, sports injuries, and postural issues by targeting root causes rather than symptoms. Patients receive personalised treatment plans incorporating manual therapy, movement retraining, and strength-building exercises to restore mobility and prevent future injuries.
Pilates Classes
Tailored Pilates classes combine core strengthening with injury-specific rehabilitation. Led by physiotherapists, sessions improve flexibility, posture, and muscular balance while addressing individual movement dysfunctions. The program integrates therapeutic principles with traditional Pilates equipment to enhance recovery outcomes for back pain, joint issues, and sports-related conditions.
Vestibular Physiotherapy
Specialised treatment for vertigo and balance disorders involves targeted vestibular rehabilitation techniques. Our physiotherapists use diagnostic assessments to identify inner ear dysfunction causes, then implement customised exercise programs to improve balance, reduce dizziness, and restore confidence in daily activities through neuroplasticity-based interventions.
TMJ Treatment
Our temporomandibular joint dysfunction treatment combines manual therapy with neuromuscular re-education. Physiotherapists address jaw pain through soft tissue release, joint mobilisation, and postural correction techniques while providing patients with self-management strategies to reduce headaches, improve jaw mobility, and alleviate facial pain.
Running Assessment
Comprehensive running assessments evaluate biomechanics using video analysis and pressure mapping technology. We identify movement inefficiencies contributing to injury risk, then develop corrective strategies to enhance performance while reducing impact-related stress through technique modifications and strength-specific training programs.

Keiran is a great physio and I''ve been with him over the last 6 months for 2 different treatments. More interested in getting you repaired than getting the next appointment booked. Highly recommend.

I had vertigo issues which had been causing me problems for months!! I went to see Keiran who was very patient and understanding as I wasnt sure where the vertigo could be coming from. He did a manoeuvre which was very effective to readjust the vestibular system and again, the second appointment we did the same treatment. Ive had NO more vertigo! Keiran was very professional, a great listener and I was very happy with my experience. The clerical staff were also very kind and professional. Will go back again
