I've been a customer for many years. Great service, great prices and never any pressure to buy. If its not in stock it never hurts to ask, the team are happy to try source items from suppliers if you know what you want and they don't have it.

I needed a very specific watch band for a Swiss watch that John stocked but was finding it very difficult to get. Despite it being a small sale, John found the appropriate watch band in Switzerland, had it delivered to Australia and put it on. John kept us in the loop the whole time and despite it being such a small sale, John's service was excellent and we appreciate it greatly.
