Dr Emma Mason graduated in Veterinary Science from the University of Queensland in 1996. Stepping straight into small animal practice she worked initially in Adelaide before moving to Melbourne. Dr Fiona Anderson grew up on a farm and, by the age of 5, knew she wanted to work in the veterinary world.

They saved Ali my 10.5 year old boxador. We thought she only had months to live. She was barely walking and had difficulty getting off her bed. A previous visit to another vet about losing hair on her tail was put down to wagging her tail on concrete. I contacted Emma at Elgar Road Veterinary Hospital and explained her symptoms. She said she suspected there might be a thyroid problem but would need to see her and run some tests. We have been taking our Border Collie here since he was a puppy and they were always caring and professional. They tried their best to fit us in when we had emergencies without prior booking. Specially, I can't thank enough Dr. Lee for her taking care of my boy and keeping us in the loop recently when he had very high fever and was quite lethargic. We have going to this vet for over 25 years. They are best vet for cats. They know cats, love cats and give us confidence in their advice, treatment and general care. A very professional and caring practice with absolutely dedicated staff. We would highly recommend this vet surgery for any of your pets.

The staff are the most compassionate veterinary staff I have ever met. They love our animals as much as we do . When we had to put down my cat bushi they could not have been kinder or more compassionate and I have never forgotten it and I have been dealing with them and they have been putting up with me for 13 years. To me they have become family.

Dr Emma is really kind and compassionate and went out of her way to help us in our time of greatest need. When my beautiful cat Mimi got really sick, we returned to see Emma despite living far away now. It was a good decision, she cared for Mimi and helped us make the terrible decision to euthanise her with great compassion. She helped us through extremely difficult last days with our beloved pet and I will be forever grateful.
