Established in 1996, Yarra Heights Dance Academy boasts more than 400 students and offers over 100 classes in a range of dance styles including jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, musical theatre and acro.

Our Studios

Built in 2018, it features three fully equipped studios with sprung dance floors, ballet barres, sound system, mirrors, heating and cooling. The studio also offers kitchen and bathroom facilities, a study room for senior students to use before, after and between classes, plus a waiting room for parents.
Our Fees
Report
This fee covers student's insurance and administration costs such as enrolment and printing. It also entitles students to concert practice music & an enrolment gift. For new enrolments for the first term only we offer a 'pay as you go' arrangement which allows students to experience our dance classes without committing a full term of fees up front.

Yarra Heights Dance Academy's Twirl Tap and Tumble preschool dance program offers a variety of ballet, jazz, tap and tumbling classes in various combinations for children aged 18 months to five years. These fun, educational classes are structured around storybook themes with props and dress-ups used during class time, allowing children to explore dance through imagination and movement.

Our specialised Twirl Tap and Tumble Preschool dance classes offers an enjoyable and educational dancing experience for children aged 18 months to five years. With more than 20 years of experience in teaching dance to preschool children, we know how to make dancing fun for our youngest students.
Concert, Exams, Competitions & Performance

Beyond weekly classes, Yarra Heights Dance Academy offers many ways for students to strengthen and extend their dancing ability and experiences. Each year, all students perform in an end of year concert held at the George Wood Performing Arts Centre in Ringwood. It is a fabulous celebration and display of the hard work undertaken by students through the year.
