My name is Katherine and I am the proud owner, photographer and creative editor at Wish Photography. I am obsessed with good coffee. I love a backyard barbecue. I could binge watch any reality TV show. I love eating chips when the kids go to bed. These are some of my favourite past times. But nothing beats a wintery Sunday afternoon, a wood fire burning, wine in hand and the children happily playing nearby.

Those nine months leading up to birth are an undeniably wondrous and life-changing experience. The next best thing to Birth photography, these sessions are captured in your hospital room within the first 48 hours of your babies birth. A beautiful session to capture your baby's growing personalty. Ideally captured when your little one has learnt to sit but hasn't quite mastered the art of crawling.
Maternity

Pregnancy photography is the perfect way to commemorate this incredible and exciting period of your life. Our pregnancy photography sessions take place between 32 and 36 weeks, which is the perfect time to capture your pregnancy! We encourage you to include your other children and partners in your pregnancy photography session, to make it all the more special.
Newborn
Report
Ideally your newborn photography session will take place when baby is between 5 and 12 days old. At this point, your baby will be sleepy and is more easily posed. These sessions take place in our custom built home studio at West Lakes. Our newborn sessions are likely to go for 2 to 3 hours, which allows plenty of time for feeding, cuddling and settling your baby.

Our Fresh 48 Photography sessions guarantee that you capture those cherished but fleeting moments - your little one's first yawn, the first tender moment with Mum, snuggles with Dad. With these images of you and your newborn, you preserve those priceless memories forever, as you welcome in a new chapter of your family's life.
