My son accidentally broke a light bulb during our stay. Manager Warren was very abusive and kept yelling at us for 20 minutes, even when we apologized and offered to compensate for the damage, Warren was being very unprofessional and overreacting.

Warren the manager was very verbally abusive i had a bad experience there which led me to being in a mental break down, staff was good but Warren the manager is just to much to handle, I advise customers to avoid mental instability for future reference thanks

Being a local of the area and frequent stays in Cairns I was once again disappointed in this accommodation. Very dated ! To charge the overnight prices ( and this was supposedly a special?) The T.V. alone was so small We could hardly see ! There was no room details, We were not offered any Wi-Fi password, any instructions as to use the parking gates ( lucky we were Australians and knew how to work it out?)
The receptionist started to check us in then half way through took a phone call and then proceeded with the phone booking whilst leaving us standing there waiting! Very rude . We are locals
