Psychologists provide therapy and counselling, while psychiatrists are medical doctors who can prescribe medication. Both often collaborate for comprehensive mental health care.

Duration varies by individual needs. Some clients benefit from short-term support, while others engage in longer-term therapy to achieve sustained personal growth and emotional stability.
What can I expect in my first therapy session?
Your initial session will focus on understanding your concerns, establishing therapy goals, and determining if our approach aligns with your needs through collaborative discussion.
Is online therapy as effective as in-person sessions?
Research confirms online therapy's effectiveness for most mental health concerns. Our secure telehealth platform maintains therapeutic quality while offering greater accessibility and scheduling flexibility.

A incredible North Sydney Psychologist practice. Clinton was genuine, friendly and relatable which can be very difficult to find. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a positive therapy experience and a professional dedicated psychologist

Clinton provided a really engaging and easy experience at his practice in North Sydney. He focused on my goals rather than just doing that talking therapy which I've had before with other psychologists.

Great central location in North Sydney. Clinton was genuine and provided me with some straightforward practical strategies to help get me out of my current rut. It's really helped me to step up at work. Good price as well with the medicare rebate. Some joints around Sydney wanted ridiculous amounts for a session.
