Patrick Quan graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Studies in 2001 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2003 as part of a double degree. Patrick completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2004, which was granted by the Law Society of South Australia.
