This is not a hotel. It is an apartment complex that individual owners rent out their units. Portobello is the management company that handles that. This creates poor quality control across the property. Some units are clean, others are below standard, some beds are comfortable and others are not. The staff at reception have really poor attitudes and no customer service. I asked for my credit card number to be removed from the registration card as it was printed in plain text, unsecured, along with my full name and home address. I was met with sarcastic replies and suggestion that I was going to

Perfect big apartments, old but clean and comfortable. Beds a bit uncomfortable. I was going to say 4 out of 5 but reception was rude, could not be bothered saying hello or talking. Just spent $1700 , 3 star.

Do not waste your money!!! The worst place I have ever stayed!!! Disgusting smell!! Dirty carpet dirty room !! DIRTY FURNITURE!All photos are lies of the place and to top it off management do not care!!

Room was good size with all you'd need, bit outdated but it was nice and clean. Nice little pool to, good for little kids. Nice and close to beach. Would stay again
