We have nothing but great things to say about Amerex from beginning to the end of the renovation process. We are thrilled with the end result which has met and exceeded our expectations with complete confidence that all work was done to a high standard. Every person from Steve through to the office staff and Eric the supervisor, along with the tradesmen used, were great to deal with. We couldn't recommend highly enough.

We can recommend Amerex without hesitation. Steve Burke & his team really do produce renovations of the highest quality and standard. Their many Master Builder and HIA awards demonstrate this and look at any of their online case studies and you'll see why Amerex have such an A+ reputation. We contracted Amerex to design, manage and build our character home renovation and 2 storey addition. It was, in Steve's words, "a big job" and took 14 months from demolition to completion. What sets Steve apart is his attention to detail and his integrity, and that of his contractors and staff. Whatever you

We completed our first home renovation in North Perth with Amerex last year. We were undertaking a large two storey renovation of our dream home and the decision to choose Amerex came down to the high level of professionalism, expertise, excellent customer service and vast knowledge that Steve and the team displayed in character home renovations. We had not renovated in the past and we were very unsure of the process however Amerex staff spent a lot of time assisting us with the design process, they were always available to answer our enquires, provided valuable suggestions, were extremely patient

I engaged Amerex to design and build my home renovation and addition in North Perth. Right from the very first meeting with Steve Burke, and throughout my project, I found everyone on the Amerex team to be helpful, friendly and professional. Steve is very hands-on and provided a lot of useful practical advice, both in the planning stage and during the build. The Amerex commitment to quality workmanship was obvious across all stages of the build, and I am very happy with the final result, my home now looks amazing! I would highly recommend Amerex to anyone looking for a quality Home Extension
