Established in 2016, Unique Residence is a family business, owned and operated by expert builder, Adam Stanley. The company was formed after he identified a fresh approach to offer to clients in the Perth building and renovations market. Adam has over 25 years of industry experience, beginning his career in carpentry and joinery.
From there, he progressed to work with some of WA's top builders managing & delivering hundreds of home projects across Perth metro and regional areas. This extensive experience has seen him win multiple industry awards and represent the HIA judging entries for renovation & new home building categories.
