I had Ideal Air come and service my ducted air conditioner and also install a whirly bird in the roof to help with cooling the second level in summer. Adding the whirly bird worked really well to make my air conditioning more effective in summer! The person that came out on both occasions was on prompt, courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. Thank you Ideal Air!

Our central heating system was in need of a good clean and service as we approach the winter period in Melbourne. We have used Ideal Air twice for different heating and cooling issues over an 18 month period. In both instances the team were great to deal with; from the people in the office booking and confirming appointments, to the technicians who came out to repair the systems. In each instance the technician provided alternate solutions, pricings and considered recommendations - not simply pushing the most expensive option. They were clean, reliable, prompt and managed expectations - and were great to deal with. Would definitely recommend to others!
