I cant speak highly enough of HWA Insurance Brokers/Freight Insurance Services International. I recently moved from Perth to Albany, and I was looking for transit insurance. The removal company I used offered insurance, but the premium was very high, and the exclusions numerous. After a web search I stumbled across HWA/FISI. I requested a quote and was surprised that not only was the premium less than 1/4 of what I had been been quoted by the removal company, the exclusions were far less restrictive. Great value for money compared to the shipping agencies and extremely efficient . Application very easy and a claim was astonishingly swift. Despite the fact that i had a large container full of effects only two items were cracked on delivery. After contract with the insurance company an fulfilling their claim/refund requirements I was paid within 3 days of submitting the claim. So bravo to IFI
